In addition to HBC Evergem, 72 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof HBC Evergem could be found in Group 12 together with Leipzig, SC DHfK, Baekkelaget SK, Skanderborg HB 2, Herning FH 2, H43 Lund 2 and Önnereds HK. HBC Evergem continued to B-Play-off after reaching 7:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Fana IL with 17-28. In the Final, Fjellhammer IL 2 won over Baekkelaget SK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18.
