SG Wehrheim/Obernhain

SG Wehrheim/Obernhain was one of 20 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to SG Wehrheim/Obernhain, 17 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof SG Wehrheim/Obernhain could be found in Group 3 together with Hjortshöj Egå IF, OV Helsingborg, Lugi HF 2, IK Sävehof Ö 2 and Torslanda HK. SG Wehrheim/Obernhain continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HSC Haltern-Sythen with 16-17. In the Final, HSC Haltern-Sythen won over Ljunghusens HK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 11. SG Wehrheim/Obernhain comes from Wehrheim which lies approximately 860 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than SG Wehrheim/Obernhain, the club TSG Münster does also originate from the area around Wehrheim.
