In addition to the two Sund teams, 38 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IK Sund 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Strandby-Elling IF, H 71 1, IK Sävehof Ö 1, Torslanda HK 2, HK Aranäs 1 and IF Stjernen 2. IK Sund 2 made it to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against H43 Lund with 11-12. Thereby IK Sund 2 finished second in G12 B-Play-off during Partille Cup 2022.
