In addition to the two Heid teams, 22 other teams from 6 different countries played in Girls 11. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof BK Heid 1 could be found in Group 1 together with MTV Dänischenhagen, HK Ankaret, OV Helsingborg 2, IK Sävehof PFÖ 3 and Kärra HF 1. BK Heid 1 made it to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Neistin, which they won with 11-5. Thereby BK Heid 1 won the entire A-Play-off in Girls 11 during Partille Cup 2022.
