Önnereds HK 1

In addition to the two Önnereds teams, 62 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK 1 could be found in Group 8 together with Linje5, SV Teutonia 1919 Bochum-Riemke Handball e.V., Torslanda HK 2, H43 Lund 1, Volda HK and AGF Aarhus 2. Önnereds HK 1 made it to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 8. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against AGF Aarhus 1, which they won with 16-15. Thereby Önnereds HK 1 won the entire A-Play-off in Girls 18 during Partille Cup 2022.
