In addition to Tyresö Handboll, 75 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll could be found in Group 3 together with Fjellhammer IL 2, Baekkelaget SK 2, Neistin, IK Sävehof 1, Vassunda IF and Hjortshöj Egå IF 1. Tyresö Handboll continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Lomme Lille Metropole HB with 10-16. In the Final, Torslanda HK won over Huddinge HK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 15.
