In addition to Baekkelaget SK, 95 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Baekkelaget SK could be found in Group 8 together with Knarvik IL, Hörning Håndbold, KA/Thor, KFUM Lundagård 2 and IK Sävehof 1. Baekkelaget SK made it to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Stag SK 2 with 6-10. Thereby Baekkelaget SK finished second in G16 B-Play-off during Partille Cup 2022.
