Borgen IL

Borgen IL was one of 63 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Borgen IL, 63 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Borgen IL could be found in Group 2 together with Neistin, Spånga HK, CS Madeira, Lugi HF 1 and Fjellhammer IL 1. Borgen IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against SV Teutonia 1919 Bochum-Riemke Handball e.V. with 13-21. In the Final, OV Helsingborg won over Elverum Håndball 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 18. Borgen comes from Kløfta which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Kløfta does also provide 22 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2022 (Among others: Eidsvold Turn, Baekkelaget SK, Övrevoll Hosle IL, Ullern IF, Hauerseter SK Nordkisa, Fjellhammer IL, Lörenskog HK, Ull/Kisa IL, Njård IL and Björndal IF).
