Fjellhammer IL 4

In addition to the two Fjellhammer teams, 134 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Fjellhammer IL 4 could be found in Group 8 together with Torslanda HK 2, Haukar 2, Skanderborg HB 1, Ull/Kisa IL 1 and RP IF 2. Fjellhammer IL 4 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HSG Nordwest with 13-17. In the Final, HSG Nordwest won over MTV Dänischenhagen and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. Fjellhammer IL also participated in Girls 14 during Partille Cup 2018. They reached the 1/32 Final in G14 A-Play-off, but lost it against Kungälvs HK 2 with 10-11.
