In addition to Handbalschool Brabant, 95 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Handbalschool Brabant could be found in Group 4 together with TSG Münster, BM Granollers, Bålsta IF, HK Ankaret 1 and Strindheim IL. Handbalschool Brabant continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF with 12-19. In the Final, Önnereds HK 1 won over Fjellhammer IL 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 16.
