In addition to Kungsängens SK, 135 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Kungsängens SK could be found in Group 18 together with HV Quintus, Trelde GI, Charlottenlund SK 2, BK Ydun 2 and Lilleström HK 2. Kungsängens SK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Hornbaek SF with 8-10. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 1 won over Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15.
