Gökstens BK

Gökstens BK was one of 91 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Gökstens BK, 109 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Gökstens BK could be found in Group 10 together with Alingsås HK, Vorup FB 1, Klöfta IL, HK 2 and Fjellhammer IL 2. Gökstens BK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Furesø Håndbold with 10-13. In the Final, Rödovre HK won over Handbalschool Brabant and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 13. Gökstens BK also participated in Girls 12 during Partille Cup 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in G12 A-Play-off, but lost it against Da-Shin Elementary School with 8-17. Gökstens comes from Eskilstuna which lies approximately 320 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than Gökstens BK, the club Eskilstuna Guif does also originate from the area around Eskilstuna.
