Yenimahalle Belediyesi SC

Yenimahalle Belediyesi SC was one of two clubs from Türkiye that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Yenimahalle Belediyesi SC, 109 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Yenimahalle Belediyesi SC could be found in Group 4 together with OV Helsingborg 3, Skive FH, Lilleström HK, BK Heid 2 and Ullern IF 1. Yenimahalle Belediyesi SC continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK with 10-23. In the Final, Rödovre HK won over Handbalschool Brabant and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 13. Yenimahalle Belediyesi comes from ANKARA which lies approximately 2200 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than Yenimahalle Belediyesi SC, the club Besiktas SC does also originate from the area around ANKARA.
