Strindheim IL

Strindheim IL was one of 103 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Strindheim IL, 95 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Strindheim IL could be found in Group 4 together with Handbalschool Brabant, TSG Münster, BM Granollers, Bålsta IF and HK Ankaret 1. Strindheim IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against H 71 with 13-17. In the Final, Önnereds HK 1 won over Fjellhammer IL 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 16. Strindheim comes from Trondheim which lies approximately 640 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Trondheim does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2019 (Among others: Rapp SPKL, Malvik IL, Ranheim IL, Stjördals/Blink IL, Utleira IL, Freidig, Skaun HK, Charlottenlund SK, Sverresborg IF and Vikhammer).
