In addition to Handbalschool Brabant, 74 other teams from 13 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Handbalschool Brabant could be found in Group 6 together with LIF Lindesberg, JSG Schwarzbach, Don Bosco Gent HC, HK Ankaret 2, Vassunda IF and Skjern Håndbold. Handbalschool Brabant continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Pueri Domus with 9-14. In the Final, UOR 4 won over Aarhus Handball 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18.
