Sandar/HG Gokstad

Sandar/HG Gokstad was one of 103 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Sandar/HG Gokstad, 92 other teams from 20 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Sandar/HG Gokstad could be found in Group 1 together with Dybbøl IU, Linje5 2, Ljunghusens HK, BK Heid 1 and Leipzig, SC DHfK. Sandar/HG Gokstad continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against TSG Münster with 10-18. In the Final, Team Favrskov Håndbold won over RK Rudar and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 13. Sandar/HG Gokstad comes from Sandefjord which lies approximately 190 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Sandefjord does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2019 (Flint Tønsberg Håndball, Gjerpen IF, Pors, Herkules IF, Falk Håndball, Teie IF, Tönsbergs Turn, Urädd Håndball and Runar IL).
