IFK Tumba

IFK Tumba was one of 91 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to IFK Tumba, 92 other teams from 20 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba could be found in Group 3 together with BK Ydun 2, Haslum IL 1, H43 Lund, Önnereds HK 1 and JSG Schwarzbach. IFK Tumba continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Torslanda HK with 8-12. In the Final, Team Favrskov Håndbold won over RK Rudar and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 13. IFK Tumba also participated in Boys 12 during Partille Cup 2018. They won B-Play-off, after beating OV Helsingborg in the final with 15-14. IFK Tumba comes from Tumba which lies approximately 370 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Tumba does also provide 20 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2019 (Among others: Huddinge HK, HK Silwing/Troja, Skuru IK, Täby HBK, Täby Handboll, Kungsängens SK, Sollentuna HK, Westermalms IF, IK Bolton and Tyresö Handboll).
