Gjerpen IF

Gjerpen IF was one of 103 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Gjerpen IF, 119 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Gjerpen IF could be found in Group 10 together with IK Sävehof 2, Brabrand IF, Kristianstad HK, Elverum IL 1 and CD Puertosol. Gjerpen IF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Vöslauer HC with 5-16. In the Final, AGF Håndbold 1 won over Team Kisakallio and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 14. Gjerpen comes from Skien which lies approximately 220 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Skien does also provide five additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2019 (Pors, Herkules IF, Urädd Håndball, Sandar/HG Gokstad and Runar IL).
