Blindheim IL

Blindheim IL was one of 103 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Blindheim IL, 119 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Blindheim IL could be found in Group 18 together with SANTA CRUZ, Lugi HF 1, HK 2, Klöfta IL and IK Sävehof 1. Blindheim IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Afturelding 1 with 7-16. In the Final, Herning FH won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 14. Blindheim comes from Ålesund which lies approximately 610 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than Blindheim IL, the club Valder IL does also originate from the area around Ålesund.
