Lörenskog HK 1

In addition to the two Lörenskog teams, 108 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Lörenskog HK 1 could be found in Group 16 together with Hjortshöj Egå IF, MTV Lübeck, Frogner IL 2, Lugi HF 1 and IK Sävehof 2. Lörenskog HK 1 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 16. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against AEH Les Franqueses del Vallès with 6-10. In the Final, AEH Les Franqueses del Vallès won over BK Heid 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 13. Lörenskog HK also participated in Girls 12 during Partille Cup 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in G12 A-Play-off, but lost it against Sarpsborg IL 1 with 5-17.
