In addition to VRI, 135 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof VRI could be found in Group 6 together with Sotra SK 2, UKS Bukowia, Kärra HF 2, Ski IL 2 and Huddinge HK. VRI continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold with 10-11. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 1 won over Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15.
