Varde IL

Varde IL was one of 103 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Varde IL, 135 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Varde IL could be found in Group 21 together with Ål IL, Fjölnir/Fylkir, Handbalschool Brabant 1, Skövde HF 1 and Haslum IL. Varde IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Kungälvs HK 1 with 13-17. In the Final, HSG Nordwest won over MTV Dänischenhagen and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. Varde comes from 2822 which lies approximately 350 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around 2822 does also provide three additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2019 (LFH09, Gjövik HK and Ottestad IL).
