SG Oeversee JW continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against VIES Håndbold 2 with 14-19. In the Final, UOR 4 won over Aarhus Handball 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18.
SG Oeversee JW comes from Handewitt which lies approximately 370 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Handewitt does also provide six additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2019 (Dybbøl IU, HK Egene, HF Flensburg-Munkbrarup, Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold, HC Treia/Jübek and Angeln).
