About Strands IF

Strands IF was one of 91 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 18.

In addition to Strands IF, 69 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Strands IF could be found in Group 9 together with Ull/Kisa IL 2, TSG Münster, Stavanger IF, Lilleström HK, Skånela IF and IK Sävehof 2.

Strands IF continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against AEH Les Franqueses del Vallès with 20-21. In the Final, Nordstrand IF 1 won over TSG Münster and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 18.

Strands comes from Hudiksvall which lies approximately 530 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
