About Björndal IF
Björndal IF was one of 103 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with two teams in Boys 15 and Girls 18 respectively. The team in Girls 18 made it to the the 1/8 Final in B-Play-off, but lost it against Handbalschool Brabant 1 by 15-19.
In addition to this, Björndal IF have participated in Partille Cup before. During Partille Cup 2018, Björndal had three teams playing in Boys 14, Girls 15 and Girls 21 respectively. The team in Girls 21 made it to the the Semi final in B-Play-off, but lost it against H43 Lund by 11-22.
Björndal comes from Oslo which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Oslo does also provide 38 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2019 (Among others: Ås IL, Strömm IL, Ski IL, Son HK, Raelingen HK, Kjelsås IL, Nordstrand IF, Bygdö Monolitten IL, Eidsvold IF and Reistad IL).
