Trelde GI

Trelde GI was one of 34 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Trelde GI, 63 other teams from 14 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Trelde GI could be found in Group 8 together with V&L, OV Helsingborg 1, H43 Lund 2, Stolberger SV and Redbergslids IK. Trelde GI continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Nyköping with 13-14. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over IK Sävehof 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 18. Trelde GI also participated in Boys 18 during Partille Cup 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in B18 A-Play-off, but lost it against IK Sävehof 2 with 10-15. Trelde GI comes from Fredericia which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Fredericia does also provide four additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2018 (ÖHK Hedensted, Kolding IF, VIES Håndbold and Vejen HK).
