Sogndal IL

Sogndal IL was one of 87 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Sogndal IL, 46 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Sogndal IL could be found in Group 4 together with Angeln 2, H43 Lund, Torslanda HK 2, NKIK Norrköping, Don Bosco Gent HC and Elverum IL. Sogndal IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against BK Ydun with 7-20. In the Final, Lugi HF 2 won over BK Ydun and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 18. Sogndal comes from Sogndal which lies approximately 480 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
