Hammel GF

Hammel GF was one of 34 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Hammel GF, 149 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 25 different groups, whereof Hammel GF could be found in Group 21 together with Hasle Løren IL 1, Forshaga HK, Flint Tønsberg Håndball 1, Stolberger SV and Oppsal IF 1. Hammel GF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HC Leipzig e.V. with 13-14. In the Final, Bording KFUM won over Samara Region and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15. Hammel GF also participated in Girls 14 during Partille Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in G14 A-Play-off, but lost it against Sarpsborg IL 1 with 10-13. Hammel GF comes from Hammel which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Hammel does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2018 (AGF Håndbold, VRI, Hörning Håndbold, SIK Søndermarken, Bjerringbro FH, Hjortshöj Egå IF, Team Favrskov Håndbold, Brabrand IF, Skanderborg HB and Hornbaek SF).
