HK Egene

HK Egene was one of 34 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to HK Egene, 66 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof HK Egene could be found in Group 1 together with Helsingfors IFK, Lödde Vikings HK, HBC Conflans, Torslanda HK 1 and IF Stjernen. HK Egene continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against TJ Sokol Úvaly with 6-19. In the Final, Täby HBK won over HSG Nordwest and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 13. Egene comes from Gråsten which lies approximately 350 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Gråsten does also provide three additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2018 (Rödekro IF, Angeln and HFF Munkbrarup).
