Hommelvik IL

Hommelvik IL was one of 87 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Hommelvik IL, 79 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Hommelvik IL could be found in Group 4 together with Lilleström HK 2, H43 Lund, Herning FH, KA/Thor and Kärra HF 1. Hommelvik IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Enköpings HF with 10-12. In the Final, Huddinge HK won over Spjelkavik/SIF/Hessa and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 16. Hommelvik comes from Hommelvik which lies approximately 640 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Hommelvik does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2018 (Tiller IL, Klaebu IL, Rapp SPKL, Ranheim IL, Kolstad IL, Skaun HK, Melhus/Gimse, Strindheim IL and Stjördals/Blink IL).
