As Lyon Caluire Handball

As Lyon Caluire Handball was one of four clubs from France that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to As Lyon Caluire Handball, 93 other teams from 15 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof As Lyon Caluire Handball could be found in Group 12 together with AGF Håndbold, Skånela IF, OV Helsingborg, HBC Evergem, Kärra HF 2 and Strandby-Elling IF. As Lyon Caluire Handball continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK 2 with 11-16. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over Norrköpings HK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16. As Lyon Caluire comes from Caluire-et-Cuire which lies approximately 1400 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
