Strömsgodset IF

Strömsgodset IF was one of 87 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Strömsgodset IF, 149 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 25 different groups, whereof Strömsgodset IF could be found in Group 12 together with HC Leipzig e.V., Önnereds HK 1, Knarvik IL, RP IF 2 and Ull/Kisa IL 3. Strömsgodset IF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Sarpsborg IL 1 with 10-16. In the Final, Bording KFUM won over Samara Region and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15. Strömsgodset comes from Drammen which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Drammen does also provide 19 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2018 (Among others: Övrevoll Hosle IL, Strömm IL, Langhus IL, Bygdö Monolitten IL, Ullern IF, Björndal IF, Stabaek IF, Kolbotn IL, IL Ros and Ski IL).
