In addition to Vorup FB, 110 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Vorup FB could be found in Group 1 together with Don Bosco Gent HC, Valder IL, Ull/Kisa IL 2, NKIK Norrköping and Tindlund IF. Vorup FB continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Torslanda HK with 7-18. In the Final, FC Midtjylland won over Skövde HF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 16.
