Driv IL

Driv IL was one of 100 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Driv IL, 58 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Driv IL could be found in Group 6 together with Kungsängens SK, Nesodden HK, Sportfreunde Hamborn 07 Handball e.V., HF Flensburg-Munkbrarup, BRH Clube and IK Sävehof 1. Driv IL continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö with 12-19. In the Final, Sorunda IF won over FC Midtjylland and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 18. Driv IL also participated in Girls 18 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in G18 B-Play-off, but lost it against Ski IL with 12-30. Driv comes from Ytre Enebakk which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Ytre Enebakk does also provide 38 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2017 (Among others: Haslum IL, Ullern IF, Oppsal IF, Björndal IF, Langhus IL, Oppegård IL, Asker SK, Vestre Bærum HK, Njård IL and Baekkelaget SK).
