In addition to BK Ydun, 110 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof BK Ydun could be found in Group 8 together with Flatås IL, IK Sävehof 2, Ski IL, OV Helsingborg and Haukar. BK Ydun continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Son HK with 7-14. In the Final, FC Midtjylland won over Skövde HF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 16. BK Ydun also participated in Girls 15 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the Semi final in G15 B-Play-off, but lost it against Nordstrand IF with 8-17.
