In addition to Skanderborg HB, 60 other teams from 14 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Skanderborg HB could be found in Group 6 together with Torslanda HK, Alberta Team Handball, Eskilstuna Guif, THW Kiel and F.C. do Porto 1. Skanderborg HB continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against E.C Pinheiros with 17-21. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over IK Sävehof 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 18. Skanderborg HB also participated in Boys 18 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in B18 A-Play-off, but lost it against IK Sävehof 1 with 16-17.
