Handball Laval

Handball Laval was one of three clubs from Canada that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Handball Laval, 129 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Handball Laval could be found in Group 2 together with Skövde HF 1, Ull/Kisa IL 1, Björndal IF, Sollentuna HK and Oppsal IF. Handball Laval continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Fjellhammer IL 3 with 13-17. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over AIK Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 14. Laval comes from Laval which lies approximately 5700 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
