AES

AES was one of three clubs from the Netherlands that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 21. In addition to AES, 13 other teams from 5 different countries played in Girls 21. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof AES could be found in Group 2 together with H43 Lund, HSG Mörlen, OV Helsingborg, UNI, Stenungsunds HK and IK Sävehof. AES continued to B-Play-off after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF with 18-22. In the Final, OV Helsingborg won over Lugi HF and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 21. AES comes from Arnhem which lies approximately 760 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
