Stenungsunds HK

Stenungsunds HK was one of 78 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 21. In addition to Stenungsunds HK, 13 other teams from 6 different countries played in Girls 21. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Stenungsunds HK could be found in Group 2 together with H43 Lund, HSG Mörlen, OV Helsingborg, UNI, AES and IK Sävehof. Stenungsunds HK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against BK Heid with 11-28. In the Final, IK Sävehof won over HK Aranäs and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 21. Stenungsunds comes from Stenungsund which lies approximately 40 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Stenungsund does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2017 (KFUM Trollhättan, Kungälvs HK, GF Kroppskultur, Kärra HF, Kvibergs HK, Bjurslätts IF/HP Warta and Nödinge SK).
