In addition to MTV Dänischenhagen, 129 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof MTV Dänischenhagen could be found in Group 1 together with IF Hellton, Hammarby IF, Eidsvold Turn, Vorup FB 1 and Freidig/Rapp. MTV Dänischenhagen continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Fjellhammer IL 1 with 9-22. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Helsingör IF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15.
