They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Kjelsås IL could be found in Group 1 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, AGF Håndbold, Hammarby IF 2, IFK Kristinehamn and H 71 2. Kjelsås IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Nyköping with 11-12. In the Final, TJ Dukla Praha 1 won over Ski IL 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 15.
