Falk Håndball

Falk Håndball was one of 100 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Falk Håndball, 58 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Falk Håndball could be found in Group 3 together with Nordstrand IF, Lugi HF 2, Girls High School, IF Helsinge Atlas and Torslanda HK. Falk Håndball continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against SC Corinthians with 17-18. In the Final, Sorunda IF won over FC Midtjylland and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 18. Falk Håndball comes from Horten which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Horten does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2017 (Kråkeröy IL, Konnerud IL, Teie IF, IL Ros, Tönsbergs Turn, Nötteröy IF, Son HK, Vestby/Ås and Ski IL).
