In addition to Sportfreunde Hamborn 07 Handball e.V., 129 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Sportfreunde Hamborn 07 Handball e.V. could be found in Group 21 together with Nordstrand IF 2, HK Silwing/Troja, Skedsmo HK, Konnerud IL 1, Hörning Håndbold 2 and Dolgoprudniy. Sportfreunde Hamborn 07 Handball e.V. continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IF Hellton with 7-20. In the Final, Lugi HF won over Ullern IF 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15.
