Nesjar IF

Nesjar IF was one of 100 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Nesjar IF, 129 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Nesjar IF could be found in Group 15 together with BK Heid 2, Ås IL, BRH Clube, Skive FH 2 and Tiller IL. Nesjar IF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Konnerud IL 1 with 10-17. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Helsingör IF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15. Nesjar comes from Helgeroa which lies approximately 190 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Helgeroa does also provide six additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2017 (Gjerpen IF, Halsen IF, Urädd Håndball, Larvik Turn IF, Kragerö IF and Herkules IF).
