In addition to HC Leipzig e.V., 86 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof HC Leipzig e.V. could be found in Group 8 together with Strandby-Elling IF, Lugi HF 1, Fjellhammer IL 2, Mölndals HF 2 and IK Baltichov blå.
HC Leipzig e.V. continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hörning Håndbold 1 with 8-24. In the Final, Hörning Håndbold 1 won over Herning FH 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 13.
