Melhus/Gimse was one of 100 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 16.

Melhus/Gimse continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 13-17. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over HK Aranäs 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16.

Melhus/Gimse comes from Melhus which lies approximately 610 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
