Backa HK

Backa HK was one of 91 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 21. In addition to Backa HK, 19 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 21. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Backa HK could be found in Group 2 together with H43 Lund, IK Baltichov, TV Weiden, Leipzig, SC DHfK and Torslanda HK. Backa HK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kolding IF with 16-22. In the Final, IK Sävehof won over Redbergslids IK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 21. Backa HK also participated in Boys 21 during Partille Cup 2013. They reached the 1/4 Final in B21 A-Play-off, but lost it against HK Varberg with 11-23. Backa originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 23 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2014 (Among others: Kungälvs HK, Bjurslätts IF, Kärra HF, IK Baltichov, Härryda HK, Torslanda HK, HK Aranäs, Önnereds HK, IK Nord and Redbergslids IK).
