IFK Nora

IFK Nora was one of 91 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to IFK Nora, 69 other teams from 18 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof IFK Nora could be found in Group 2 together with Viking HK, BRFC, Kärra HF 2, EHA National Boys (SP) and AHV Swift. IFK Nora continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Torslanda HK with 11-27. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif won over Quebec Handball and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 16. IFK Nora comes from NORA which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than IFK Nora, the club Örebro SK Handboll does also originate from the area around NORA.
