In addition to OV Helsingborg, 75 other teams from 20 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg could be found in Group 10 together with Skånela IF, IK Sävehof 2, Hjortshöj Egå IF, MTV Dänischenhagen and Sotra SK. OV Helsingborg continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof 1 with 11-20. In the Final, IK Sävehof 1 won over Ski IL 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 14. OV Helsingborg also participated in Boys 13 during Partille Cup 2013. They reached the 1/32 Final in B13 A-Play-off, but lost it against Ski IL 1 with 16-24.
