In addition to HV Quintus, 19 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 21. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof HV Quintus could be found in Group 1 together with Kärra HF, Redbergslids IK, TIK Taastrup, HSC Haltern-Sythen, Önnereds HK and Nr. Söby IF. HV Quintus continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against BK Heid with 18-22. In the Final, ASO Rock Kings won over BK Heid and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 21.
